Energy Efficiency and LEED Certification

The Design Intent Architects team has been committed to the use and implementation of sustainable design for many years. While recent discussions have revolved around LEED projects, we approach sustainable strategies as a range of methods you may choose to implement to achieve your own comfort level on the project.  In initial planning meetings, we will discuss the various alternatives to LEED certification with your key staff as part of the design process.  If LEED is ultimately chosen as a design strategy, Design Intent Architects has an agreement with a LEED AP architect to provide LEED services for the Design Intent Architects team.
